Cara Pearson

I met Anucha 14 years ago as an aspiring collegiate Head Coach and Athletic Administrator.  She was the Senior Associate AD, SWA, and Sports Administrator for the Athletics program with which I assisted.  I was immediately impacted by the way she worked to build community.  She masterfully enlisted the trust of staff members through authentic and transparent conversations. Since then, I have been the beneficiary and witness to her diversified business expertise; her aptitude and agility in identifying areas in need of improvement and restoring processes that lead to positive outcomes; and her transformational leadership skills that engage and motivate her colleagues to buy in and take action.   As my trusted advisor and Career Coach, Anucha continues to encourage my personal and professional growth.  I pivoted from coaching into Athletic administration.  With her guidance, I was able to identify and acquire the necessary credentials, strategically pursue experiential learning opportunities, and develop relationships with a network of colleagues within the industry.  Anucha is the Change Agent that can “Coach” your Leaders, Lead your team to develop a Strategic Plan, and Mentor your individual growth.
